▪ Responsible for internal administrative service within the Textiles, Leather and Pigments Departments at the local subsidiary. Serving as contact person at the department for communication with Corporate Headquarters – BASF AG in Germany and BASF Coparation in E.E.U.U and other subsidiaries, including Brazil, Colombia, Argentina and Chile.
▪ Responsible for first and second-level customer service. Activities include: Order tracking using the SD – SAP R/3® module until they are dispatched to the costumers and keep them update about order’s status, tracking of order export or import status and final order delivery in any case. |
